1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bdbajeee platform and all its services. They constitute a legal agreement between bdbajeee ("we", "the platform") and the user ("you", "member").

Bdbajeee provides online Sports Betting, casino games, and lottery services to users in Bangladesh. By accessing this platform or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using bdbajeee's services. Continuing to use the platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

2 Account Registration

You must create an account to access bdbajeee's services. Accurate and complete information is required at registration. bdbajeee reserves the right to terminate any account found to have been registered with false information.

• Date of birth (must be 18 years of age or older)
• Valid email address
• A strong password

Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be terminated and any deposited funds may be forfeited. You are responsible for your account's security — never share your password with anyone.

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

All bdbajeee services are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above — no exceptions. Age is verified at registration, and additional identity documents may be requested if needed.

If a minor has created an account by any means, that account will be terminated immediately. No deposited funds will be refunded in such cases.

4 Betting Rules

All betting on bdbajeee is governed by the following rules. Please make sure you understand them before placing any bet.

General Betting Rules:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets must be placed before the event starts (except for Live Betting).
• The time and results recorded on bdbajeee's servers shall be considered final.
• If a bet fails to register correctly due to a technical issue, it will be considered void and the amount will be refunded.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10; the maximum varies by event.

Live Betting:

Odds change in real time during live betting. All bets will be settled at the odds confirmed at the time the bet was placed. bdbajeee is not liable for bets that fail to register due to network issues.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bdbajeee are fully secure. Every payment is protected with SSL encryption.

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit: ৳50
• Supported methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer
• Deposits are usually instant, though bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• No deposit fees.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours.
• KYC (identity verification) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Bdbajeee offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated alongside the offer.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement (typically 1x to 30x).
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Each promotion can only be used once.
• Bdbajeee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Accounts found to be abusing bonuses (e.g., arbitrage betting) may be terminated.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdbajeee platform. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Creating more than one account
• Registering with false or someone else's information
• Allowing or transferring account access to another person
• Bonus abuse or system manipulation
• Arbitrage Betting or Collusion
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or exploit any bugs
• Facilitating the participation of minors
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds

8 Account Suspension & Termination

Bdbajeee reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate an account in the following cases:

• Any violation of the Terms and Conditions
• Providing False Information
• Suspected Fraud
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Responsible Gaming
